Don’t feel you have a musical talent? Perhaps the tape ministry is the place for you. Worship Team and Small EnsemblesThe music department exists to lead the congregation in worship and praise. Each person is a minister of music through song. The worship team practices on Friday evenings and present their music at the 10:45 a.m. worship service. The music allows there to be a well balanced blend of a variety of musical styles during the worship service.
Tape MinistryThe tape ministry is responsible for making copies of the tape of weekly sermons and marking them for the people requesting copies. Any adult who is seeking a ministry requiring a small time commitment and is capable of operating the tape recording equipment would be a good candidate for the tape ministry.
Music Department Support TeamTo make the department function there are many logistic needs that can be met by those who wish to be a part of this ministry. There is a great need for assistance with music filing, duplicating, computer input, dubbing of audio and video tapes, assisting with communications, equipment set-up and repair, preparation and clean-up of Sunday morning refreshment, etc.
